The Neurologist I have needed. Dr. Poczatek takes his time to listen, answer any and all questions. He makes testing a comfortable, friendly experience. Rare to find a physician with such a kind bedside manner. He stayed with me past office closing to ensure we had a clear treatment plan for my spinal damage.

Really enjoyed my visit. He has a great bedside manner. He took the time to explain the testing procedure and took great care in making it as painless as possible.

Pleasant staff Dr. Poczatek was very friendly, easy going and did not rush into any diagnosis until he had all the information needed.

Very friendly and professional. Listened to my problems and performed test to confirm diagnosis. Did not brush any of my issues or concerns to the side.

I really liked the doctor. He is very kind. The only problem was that I had to wait for 1 1/2 hour to see him, but he apologized. I'm sure he couldn't help it. I'm looking forward to having the tests he's prescribed to find out what my problem is and end the pain.

Dr Robert was polite and sweet he talked to me about different things like watching TV shows we liked growing up He was just a kind man explained to me what he was doing I had a pleasant visit!!
