I started seeing Dr. Potter when my last PCP retired. I did have to wait, but the care I received told me why. He took the time to listen and asks questions to get to the root of the problem. His nurse, Sherri has always been good to me. The office staff has always been great to work with.

Dr. Potter is a great doctor. I have been his patient for over 28 years and he is not only just my doctor but also a good friend. He has always been there when I needed him. Thank you Dr. Potter. Tami

You tend to wait for quite a while to be seen but he's thorough and spends a lot of time with you. I can't think of a time when anyone has "followed up" with me after a visit. However, I can't think of a reason that they would have done so.

Dr. Potter has been my families PCP for years! We absolutely LOVE HIM!!! He is serious, takes the time to LISTEN, great bedside manner!, and really LOVES HIS PATIENTS! And he's got a WONDERFUL sense of humor on top of all that! You may have to wait on him (b/c he spends a lot of time with his patients!), but HE'S WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!! I'd recommend him to anyone! And Sherri, his nurse, and staff are excellent as well!!! They are so very caring, every last one of them!!! :)

I always had to wait forever. One time they forgot me in the little room. I have to call and stay on hold forever to get an appointment. I have gone to him for 24 years. He has changed and Sheri is his hit man. I will be looking for a doctor that cares.

Dr. Potter has been our family doctor for over 22 years. He now is seeing some of our grandchildren. I have not found a more compassionate or thorough doctor. He is the best!! You may have to wait a little but there is no one better.

This Docter is the most caring docter I ever had.He takes the time to get to know you and never looks at his patients as a clinent but a person.He delivered all 4 of my children and care for them all their childhood life.He also cared for their father for 8 yrs with his terminal illness with kindness and caring until his death.I myself have been a nurse for 30 yrs and have never met another Docter that could match his stander of caring.Any patient of his is lucky to have found him and smart to have chosen him as their docter.

He has been my doctor for 14 years. He was good and then something happened and he is now horrible. Can't keep track of records, inserts other patients records into yours, false diagnosis. His LPN Shari is rude, crude and lies.
