Dr Rao is one of a kind. His expertise and bedside manner is nothing short of outstanding. "Dr. Rao, I cant thank you and your staff enough for being a great partner in this process and for taking great care of me" Being in the hospital for weeks was very difficult but the best part of my day was when Dr Roa personally visited me. He was never rushed and always answered all questions thoroughly and with extreme patients. Dr Rao is a 10/10 and I highly recommend him and his practice.

Well, I am finally cured! If it wasn’t for Dr Rao, I would STILL be suffering from my condition that existed for well over 9 months. When a trip to the ER became necessary, I was fortunate enough to have Dr Rao assigned to me. His preoperative diagnosis and skilled surgical hands have finally brought me to the cure and comfort of my long ongoing illness. Dr Rao’s bedside manners are a match to his knowledge and accurate operative skills. You will be put to at ease with questions answered in terms you will understand and delivered with comforting eyes. He went out of his way to coordinate his schedule with another MD to help minimize surgical prep. After surgery, I was cautiously optimistic. In the past, my symptoms would reoccur. Thankfully, Dr Rao’s precise diagnosis combined with performing precision surgery, I am now ready to finally say, I feel terrific and CURED. Dr Robert Rao deserves my highest praise and never ending gratitude. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr Rao!!! … You are truly the BEST.

Having had mastectomy and thyroid surgery, I can say this-there is no better surgeon in my opinion. Dr. Rao makes you feel comfortable, explains (even draws diagrams) the surgeries, techniques, and treatments thoroughly, and keeps things positive. He's a fun guy, too (loved my follow up visits), and made sure all my questions were answered. He's a rare individual who truly cares about his patients. Having moved to Arizona, I will miss him. He's the best!

Dr. Rao took excellent care of my wife during her breast cancer treatment. He treated her as if she is his own daughter. We will highly recommend him to friends, neighbors and coworkers. He is very friendly and kind and treated us as buddies from day 1. Also NCH is an excellent facility staffed with high quality medical professionals.

Dr. Rao is fantastic. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, he promised to take care of me the way he would want his wife taken care of in the same situation. He is kind & compassionate and simply the best.

Dr. Robert Rao is the only surgeon I will let cut me open! He's absolutely amazing: he is kind, compassionate and extremely good at what he does. You would be certifiably insane to go to anyone else!

I just had my second surgery by Dr. Rao. He explains everything and listens very well. His staff is very friendly and always thier to answer any questions. hopefully I won't need any future surgerys but if I do I wouldn't let any one else cut me open :-)
