Contridicted himself re: diagnosis or assessment each visit. Profit driven practice. Dr. Reed has no emotional I.Q. Poor communicator and condescending re: reasonable intelligent questions. This guy cannot think outside the box. Possibly time to retire.

I am not your typical MS case. In fact I've been diagnosed 3 times. How you get diagnosed 3 times with an incurable disease is beyond me. However, he diagnosed me the first time. After nearly 2 years Dr. Reed thought I didn't have MS. He came in, said I didn't have it and left. He refused to try and find out why my neurological symptoms were happening, wouldn't explain to me this thought process and basically said "have a nice day." 5 years later I sit here with MS and there can be no doubt anymore. I am being treated for it by another neurologist and I am very happy with their service. I wouldn't go back to him if he was the only left.

Dr. Reed was my 4 year old nieces doctor when she was diagnosed with a tumor on the brain stem. Everything possible was done to save her. We lost her five months after the diagnosis. Dr. Reed was recommended to me by my dental surgeon for severe trigeminal pain, blurring vision with vertigo. I thought I had a brain tumor. Dr.Reed immediately sent me for a whole body MRI. I found out right after the MRI that I have MS. Dr. Reed and Rhonda have seen me for 10 years. They don't mess around, they are thorough and available every time I have a problem. I couldn't ask for better care.

I honestly love Dr.Reed he the best doctor hands down

I read several bad reviews of Dr. Reed but I found the complete opposite. He straight to the point but polite about it and made sure I understood my diagnoses before leaving me in the very capable hands of his phy assistant who was also great. If you are looking for a no none-sense doctor who's also very well qualified, I recommend Dr. Reed!

At first I was willing to accept the fact that Dr. Reed had no bedside manner but when he couldn't diagnose me and had to refer to the Cleveland Clinic he pretty much refused to answer any more questions of any kind. It's as if he were afraid of a law suit or something when all I was doing was asking simple questions to come to some sort of understanding before being released because I wanted to know something that going on with me. He did nothing to help me get into the Clinic period. I asked him if he could help me with my company's FMLA policy and he said "I'm not going to sign something for you to get out of work"! He didn't he know what FMLA was. I didn't want to get out of work I wanted to make sure that during the process of trying to find out what was wrong with me that I didn't LOSE my job. He was such an inconsiderate idiot. I've never come acrossed a doctor that was so egotistical & selt absorbed. He felt like he was God and when he was questioned about anything he… got amazingly defensive. Needless to say he will no longer be my Neurologist and I will spread the word not to waste your time with him caring for your because he doesn't care about his patients. He needs to retire because I think he's going senile and I mean that with all sincerity.
