Dr. Robert Reinauer is doing a wonderful job treating my diabetic retinopathy. He is very patient and has a nice way of putting you at ease before eye injections. I definitely made the right decision choosing him and would highly recommend him! Thanks Dr. Reinauer for making this journey of treating my diabetic retinopathy much easier to handle!

When making an appointment beware of the fact that you have a MINIMUM of a 2 hour wait. So if you make an appointment at 1:00 PM you might not see the doctor until between 3 and 4 pm. Doctor very full of himself and feels you should feel privileged to wait for him. If I could I would give him a NO star rating. Go to Center for Advanced Eye Care they don't schedule you like cattle. They are also not rude.

My 91 year old mother was Dr. R's patient and had to go in often for injections. She also had back problems so the sitting and waiting was an issue. This man is one of the most compassionate I've met; not to mention what a great doctor he is, as well. He was so kind to mom and did what he could to get her in and out quickly. He was also able to help her eyesight with the injections. I would highly recommend him and all the doctors at New Vision Eye Center! All of their staff are incredible, as well.

After seeing several eye specialists who insisted on telling me what my condition was, regardless of what I was explaining, I finally found in Dr. Reinauer a doctor who actually took the time to listen to my description of my problem and diagnose accordingly. Surgery went as he described. My floater problem was resolved, and I am very pleased for the opportunity to recommend Dr. Reinauer and his professional staff to anyone who is experiencing eye problems. I am extremely happy with my results. Thank you Dr. Reinauer and staff.
