Does not seem to have read my chart or even known what prescriptions I had been given (despite a life threatening condition of Sepsis -- the Sepsis condition never even told to me - I found out about it 3 months later in the medical record.)

He invented the following - that I was currently taking Bactrim as an Anti biotic - I was not in fact that is partly why I needed an amputation because Swedish and its clowns said I was not infected for 6 weeks despite a posiitve test - he also invented that I had been seen for infection many times with Swedish - which is not true - this was the very first time they admitted they I had an infection. Thirdly let me add he wrote in his attestation "I have reviewed the patient's labs (if any)" well if you reviewed them you should know whether there is any or whether there is not. He obviously didn't since he did not note the positive resuilt for MSSA 6 weeks prior to the amputation episode of which he was admitting me for.
