Dr. Robert Forbes Robertson, MD

Dr Robertson was so very kind to myself and my mom while she was in the hospital. We had several follow up visits in his office.The office gal was so very nice and the office was well maintained and clean. I highly recommend Dr Robertson a very knowledgeable and caring Doctor.

The doctor does NOT care about his patients at all! When we come to him first time, the door of his office was slammed in front of our faces only the only explanation: "The doctor doesn't work today. Call on Thursday." Although we said that we have the appointment for today, the door was never unlocked on that day. Well, we decided to change this doctor. Two weeks later, we got a call from his office that we have an appointment for this doctor right now... That's was strange because just a couple of days before, the primary doctor said Robertson will be changed to another one. We came to his office, and asked about the situation that happened two weeks before. The receptionist responded without any apologies that the doctor had emergency family businesses... On the question about why they did NOT inform us about the appointment cancellation, the receptionist said she sent a letter to us about that.... (as we knew later, the address was wrong). Why they did not call to make sure that… the patients are informed about that, the receptionist responded that the doctor said her not to spent time on this... On the question about how their system works, they said their "system works well". As a result, they really believe the situation with cancellation and sudden appearance of appointments without letting patients know about that is normal for Robertson and his office. Finally, during this conversation with the receptionist, Robertson appeared and said: "What is the noise in my office? I don't like to hear noise at my office. You should find another doctor!" So if you want to have a doctor whose "system works well", make appointments for Robertson. However, don't expect to hear even SORRY from them if you get in such the situation as we did.
