Dr. Robert William Ruess, MD

If you value your veins do you not go to five star veins. Their name should be called no veins, because they will be completely destroyed after being a patient here. This office is by far the most negligent in the specialty. I have permanent damage to both of my legs due to their malpractice (lack of communication, failure to submit claims , and their in ability to preform basic math skills). The complete lack of communication and flat being lied to about my claims has caused irreparable damage. Do not go here! I waisted 7months as a patient here and am worse off for it. I am also filing a formal complaint with the medical board.

Dr. Ruess and staff made me feel as though I was their only patient! They are professional, thorough, attentive, clean and caring. I never felt uncomfortable or nervous during my laser procedures.

Dr. Ruess, Joann, and Margaret were fabulous! They made the whole process very convenient and easy for me. I felt I was in capable hands and I was very pleased with the customer service I received in their office.

I really loved the care that I got. I especially like that Dr. Ruess answered all my questions. Also, he told me exactly what he was going to do during the surgery, so there were no surprises. He was wonderful. His wife was also wonderful. She spent a good deal of time helping me with my stocking issues. They make a wonderful pair!
