Dr. Russel saved my life when I was eight years old. Had a cyst in my right ear. I didn’t know he went to Medical School in Alberta, Canada. Very thankful for his experience.

I saw "Dr" Russell for an ear ache and throat discomfort and all he wanted to do was prescribe an anti depressant. WORST doctor I have EVER visited.

They were actually very nice and I did not have to wait very long at all. The Dr was very kind and asked questions and answered mine. He took the time to explain everything to me. And he asked me about another medical concern that I was not even there for, which was actually nice he was concerned and I am not going back to him for that.

Dr. Russell was professional, curteous, clear and concise in both questions and answers during my examination. Dr. Russell was forthright and forthcoming in delivering his diagnosis and prognosis and immediate in his action to seek follow-up cofirming diagnostic appointments. His staff is curteous and helpful in person and on the phone.

The staff at this location are just so difficult to work with. Just getting an appointment was painful and frustrating as they are rude, short and difficult to talk with. Abrasive and rude behavior is the norm at this office. They told me they didn't have time to answer a questions as the the phone is ringing with other important calls. Try not to bother them with your business!
