Dr. Robert George Sanford, MD

During my appointment, Dr. Sanford did not listen, constantly interrupted, lacked compassion, visibly rolled his eyes several times while I was explaining my symptoms as if he didn't believe me, did not explain anything well at all, and as I was leaving he literally threw my paperwork at the front desk attendant. The front desk staff was rude, also showed no compassion, were uninviting and unfriendly and almost seemed irritable that they had to work. Additionally, I was surprised at how dirty the room was. The only positive comment I have is that I did not need to wait long. I try to extend people grace and consideration, however after reading other negative reviews, I can honestly say there is truth in them all. I can only hope that these reviews prevent other people from undergoing the same treatment that myself and others have experienced during a critical time of needing help.

Although he is ok doctor he is NEVER on time. I get 8:30 appointment time and often wait 30 - 45 minutes after that before I see dr. Then sometimes wait for someone to check me out. This is consistent. My time from my job is wasted and this is poor time management on their part.

Doctor was wonderful!!!! Office manager extremely RUDE!!!!

He was very curt and treated me with disrespect. I was not treated kindly for a patient in chronic pain and made to feel like a drug seeker. I just wanted answers to my condition. Maybe he dislikes head - strong and knowledgeable women. Would never go back! Disappointed. Work in medical field and only heard good things. Left in tears.

Dr. Sanford is a very skilled clinician and a very compassionate man. I think he genuinely cares about his patients and is willing to spend time in the office visit to hear my concerns and try to help.
