Dr Scarazzo is a graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry. His undergraduate work was done at the University of California at Davis and his post graduate work at Fresno State University. While at Temple Dr Scarazzo finished his clinical requirements a year early allowing him to dedicate his senior year to refining his skills. Upon graduating he had double the required clinical credits, and was the recipient of the Joseph Ewing Scholarship Award for excellence in Fixed Prosthetics.
After graduating Dr Scarazzo immediately went into private practice in Warminster. Five years later he opened his Doylestown practice and eventually merged both offices into the Doylestown location. Dr Scarazzo is a member of several professional associations including the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Montgomery Bucks Dental Association, Joseph Ewing Study Group and Suburban Study Group. He …does volunteer work for the Donated Dental Program of Pennsylvania and the Ann Silverman Community Health Clinic at Doylestown Hospital.
Recently Dr Scarazzo was awarded the prestigious Fellowship distinction from the Academy of General Dentistry. This requires a minimum of 500 hours of continuing education and passage of an extensive written test that covers all aspects of General Dentistry. This distinction is held by less than 7% of all Dentists. Although Dr Scarazzo is a General Dentist his true passion lies in complex multidisciplinary cases with an emphasis on full mouth reconstruction where health function and optimum esthetics are the final goal.
Dr Scarazzo & his wife Anne reside in Doylestown. His interests include outside activities especially skiing and mountain biking.
