Dr. Robert Dale Scheirer, MD

Dr. Sheier was especially concerned, interested, and listened intently. His bedside manner is impeccable. Dr. Sheirer doesn't seem to give 2 figs, let alone 1, about the time he is willing to spend with his patient, me!! While most doctors are constantly being interrupted by their staff, he wasn't. Dr. Scheirer was caring and careful to answer and explain All of my questions. Dr. Sheirer is a jewel. And we all know how rare they are in the current healthcare system. I would highly recommend Dr. Scheirer to my family and friends. His staff are just as kind, too.

This guy stalks pages online to leave extreme far right wing comments attacking things like healthcare access even if it's irrelevant to the topic at hand. He doesn't even believe that schools and roads should be funded. Just be aware that going to see someone like this very likely means being judged for being on Medicare/Medicaid/etc and that this man believes that most people don't deserve to have even basic needs like food, healthcare, water, etc. For a doctor that is extremely scary.

His care was bordering on negligent--discharged me less than 2 hours after surgery, with a cut to the liver (did not tell us this), while I was nauseated and unable to void. Would not follow up when I called 3 days later, very sick. If you are looking for a concerned, caring physician, look elsewhere.
