This Dr is so RUDE and horrible bed side manor he scared me on how he kept makeing move in wierd positions making me very uncomfortable while attempting to conduct a nerve study of my wrist ? when this issue is my schoulder as i layed there for a few very painful volts threw my wirst i told it was to painfull and he said ( didn’t you take a pain medication) i said no because i have not been prescribed any ?and then he said i could get up and leave and i did this was a very creepy old man DO NOT go to this office and he doesn’t wash his hands or even attempt to make conversation he just look at me and gave me a diagnoses before the test was even attempted i was not aware that a person was able to look at you and say whats wrong with you

RUDE and incompetent doctor. Carries a Poodle around with him and does not wash his hands and has dog hair on his lab coat.

I suffered from elbow and shoulder pain for years. After a few prolotherapy treatments from Dr. Schulman, my pain started to subside. I am now pain free and feel like my arm is back to normal.

Dr. Schulman took care of a long time foot problem I was had. I immediately found relief through his treatment. I will recommend him to my friends and family.

I had elbow pain for over a year. I saw Dr. Schulman for prolotherapy. After 2 treatments I'm pain free and able to play tennis again.

I had prolotherapy in the past for knee pain and needed a tune up so I made an appointment with Dr. Schulman. I am excited to have found a physician who takes the time to really get to know you, shares his thinking, explains techniques and clearly has integrity. He is board certified in several specialties, highly knowledgable and most willing to share his vast knowledge of pain medicine. He's the one to see if you are suffering from pain and desire top notch care !

Not worth your time!!!

I initially went to see Dr. Schulman after a colleague had recommended him to me for his use & knowledge of "out of the box" thinking. The highlight of the visit is the length of time that he spends with each patient -- he is is thorough and detailed. Although, keep in mind, every patient is most definitely paying for this "luxury" at a very high premium. He's a true believer in the power of alternative medicine, almost to a fault. Dr. Schulman will get frustrated and even upset if his acupuncture or other therapies fail to yield any results. He simply insists that the patient isn't working hard enough or that they aren't coming frequently enough to notice any difference. After months, I think he actually began to resent me because I wasn't responding to his treatment - despite an incredible amount of time (>3 hours in total per week) and cost (>$20,000). At the point at which I stopped going - there were absolutely no permanent results that could be seen. While I hope that my… situation is rare amongst his patients, it did seem that his regular patients had been there for a very long time (in much the same way a chiropractor hooks their patients in almost for life). One of the other frustrating things about this practice is the ever-present complaints about how much he's being paid. And make no mistake, he keeps account of every dollar that is billed. While (I think) most doctors prefer not to know the differences between what each patient pays them - for fear of such knowledge may skew their treatment decisions - Dr. Schulman is almost fixated on this as he relishes in the largess of owning such a boutique style practice. As I said, i hope my experience with this practice was unique - but from the others I've spoken to recently - it seems that is more of the norm than an exception.
