Robert Schwendeman

I have been a patient at the Northcreek office since 1983 and have always received great care from both primary doctors and specialists through Good Sam and now TriHealth. However, my recent experiences with Dr. Robert Schwendeman were highly disappointing. During my two visits, I found his approach to be dismissive and judgmental. Instead of having a collaborative conversation about my health, I felt lectured to while he spent most of the time looking at his computer. When I respectfully disagreed with his proposed treatment plan, I was literally banned from the Northcreek primary practice entirely. After decades of loyalty to this location and having so many positive interactions with other medical professionals, I am disappointed by this lack of patient-centered care.

He was the rudest and most insulting doctor!

He doesn't have time to listen or care about your issues. He writes off your complaints as if they were your problem, not his. I have no trust or confidence in this provider. I would not recommend him at all.
