I don't personally see an issue with Dr Shayne he knows his stuff you do have to wait a while when you see him but its because he is a popular doctor. When my son went to see him at 6 weeks screaming non stop he knew right away it was reflux, and then when he went back 2 weeks later throwing up from milk refusing to drink he knew it was the milk allergy and we were sent for testing. Then again when we went back at 17 months after his nose had been running for months he knew he had seasonal allergies he knows his stuff! each time we have an issue he gives him to right meds and he knows exactly whats wrong! I would recommend him

I called the emergency pager when my son was sick at night and he was the doctor on call. He did not return my call not did the office get back to me the next day. The waiting time is so long when I go for sick appoinments that I had to get a refund and go to Patient first. Their service is very very bad and poor. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
