Dr. Robert Aaron Sheiman, MD

Ellen was rude and offensive and got her nose into how much a test would cost and as to weather or not I should have it done. Ellen needs to let my insurance worry about cost not her. Ellen had even talked about my situation in front of a patient. I did not go for that. When caught at what she had just done she started swearing at me. I pay my monthly ins not her and I also paid a very high deductible. The Doctor let her run with the mouth and not say anything to her. This Ellen was swearing like a crazy person. Ellen likes to take matters into her own hands when she is not the doctor. They go on talking about things that don't pertain to your visit and then yell at you that you are there to long. Weird. I put up with it for a bit because the doctor is nice wife not nice at all. Ellen even fights with the doctor when you are there. Poor guy.

An appointment was made for me as a new patient by my PMD. When I arrived at the office, his wife Ellen who I assume is his office manager/secretary was EXTREMELY rude to me and argumentative. She denied making a phone call to me in reference to my visit, even though I had her voicemail saved. She acted very unprofessional and like I was a bother, putting her hands on her head and raising her voice too. All the while her husband Dr Sheiman sat right there witnessing and said nothing. Never the less I walked out stating I didn't need to be a patient at this office, receiving such disrespectful treatment upon stepping foot in the office. Never would I go back, recommend a patient, allow them to bill my PRIVATE insurance or pay a co-pay!

Dr Sheiman is an excellent listener. He takes the time to review patient concerns, and makes sound judgements. I trust my mother with his care, kindness, and attention.

An excellent doctor who takes time for his patients. I felt really cared for. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
