Dr. Robert Leslie Shelton, MD

I have been going to Dr. Shelton for various conditions over the years and would trust no one else.

I can't say enough positive things about the care I had from Dr.Shelton. He explained the procedure and seemed very caring. His office staff is friendly.

This doctor performed what I thought was an emergency appendectomy on me.I was still sick after surgery so he tried to say it was something else. I went to another doc in a different discipline and they got it right. This doctor discharged me in the hallway of hospital just one week after surgery without any follow up to the surgery he did.I was totally "dumped" by him. I later found out through others that had him the he has a high post-op infection rate and often times just takes out the appendix because that's what he "thinks" is wrong. Will never have him again even on my death bed. This surgeon needs disciplinary action taken against him. He's pompous and arrogant.

needs to not be so snappy with people

Dont bother going here unless you want to be treated like a piece of meat. Rude, pompous, cold. Been taking care of colons so long he has become one.
