Dr. Signore gave had a great bedside manner. He cured my ailment in 3 visits. Other dermatologist had me on precription drugs for over a year with no real remedy. I recommend Dr. Signore to anyone suffering from skin problems. He is the greatest.

I am thrilled with my experience with Dr. Signore and am so grateful to have found him. I was devastated when our pediatrician said that antibiotics were necessary to treat our baby's skin infection. Dr. Signore offered a gentle, completely natural approach with homeopathy and I am amazed that our baby's skin has completely healed. In addition to his medical expertise, he provides a warm office environment through his genuine concern, thorough explanations, and family friendly atmosphere. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

My 4 week old son developed extreme excema behind his knees, neck, underarms and the fold of his elbows. It was very wet almost like loose honey I was very concerned. Dr . Signore advised me to stop using bath products and simply bath him in warm water every 2 to 3 days. He also prescribed oral medicine which helped him tremendously. I saw a change within a week and a half. Dr. Signore was very concerned and thorough. I felt very comfortable with me.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Signore! I've seen a few other dermatologists in the past 5 years about my facial acne and eczema. Although the typical prescriptions gave me temporary relief, both problems just came back stronger. Homeopathy is the way to go! Both my acne and eczema are gone for the most part after only about 6 months. The existing acne is gone and my skin is much more clear as opposed to the other treatments in which I could tell my pores were still clogged and just waiting to erupt once I was off the antibiotics. The mild lotion Dr. Signore gave me is also helping with my scars. I've gone from using my topical eczema cream from everyday to very rare occasions. I wanted to go to Dr. Signore a few years back but was hesitant because of the way insurance is handled. However, I've had no problem sending my insurance claims in and getting reimbursed so don't let that stop you. I wish insurance companies would understand how wonderful homeopathic treatment is and… make it a bit easier but that won't stop me from getting the right treatment!

Dr. Signore is a very capable and caring dermatologist. You don't have to wait very long to get in to see him, usually within 1 or 2 days.
