Run!!! Do not go to this so-called doctor for anything. Consider yourself warned.

I was a patient of Dr Silbert’s for 15 yrs. he began making it mandatory to fill all Rx’s through Cordant pharmacy. I once went 30 days trying to fill an RX simply due to gross incompetence of Cordant. You never knew when or if you’d get meds? I filed a complaint on the pharmacy and Dr Silbert’s office abandoned all care after that. Refused to return calls, leaving me to go into opioid withdrawal after 15 yrs on meds. They deactivated ALL RX’s at Cordant insuring I’d be left having sudden withdrawal. I was treated at ER & writhed in agony for a month. When care was abandoned they were well aware it takes a month to be find & be seen at new Dr.

after being a patient for 15yrs I was forced to fill all rx's through Cordant pharmacy. after being left without meds up to 30dys due to their gross incompetence I filed a complaint, strictly on the pharmacy. Dr Silbert dropped me as a patient and refused to return my calls, leaving me to suddenly stop taking 200mg or morphine after 10yrs of same rx. I ended up in ER, treated for sudden morphine withdrawal. No referral. All of my rx's were deactivated at pharmacy by Dr Silbert forcing the sudden stop of all meds.

I originally saw Dr Silbert for back problems from a car accident and I had no problem with treatment. Then 4 years ago I had a new medical issue that caused me to lose my job and become disabled. I lost my insurance and new insurance didn't cover treatments so I was shuffled to the nurse practitioner who was not only extremely rude and disinterested,she did not listen to anything I had to tell her about how the medication was affecting me, just kept putting me on drugs that weren't helping, and then when I missed an appointment due to the illness I was being treated for, called me and told me I was too much trouble as a patient and they were no longer going to see me. They wouldn't give me a referral and gave me a two-week prescription to try and get off of long-term pain medication which caused significant medical issues to escalate. The nurse practitioner is one of the most obnoxious people I have ever met and I don't see how she is allowed to work with patients. Once I talked to… her and she told me they were no longer going to see me I called and requested to speak to dr. Silbert directly and when my message was returned it was again the nurse practitioner who was again rude and told me you don't need to talk to the doctor I told you we're not going to see you and hung up on me... and this was after being a patient long term.

Great doctor however they treat people as if they are drug addicts and need him for only medicine. Was threaten several time about being drop and or not receiving my prescriptions because of a balance on my account. Billing office staff is very rude. They do not care of the needs or want to work with the patients.. It's all about money and drugs for them.

I DON'T THINK I WOULD STILL BE AROUND OR EVEN FUNCTIONING AT ALL IF NOT FOR DR. SILBERT.

I have saw dr Silbert just a couple times now and he is a pain reliever by far. his injections are almost pain free and have done wonders for my body. I have a few problems that are chronic pain causers and he has been a life saver. I play with my children and enjoy them as they are 1 and 4 yr. of age. Love the help with pain. I will never be pain free but this man is my hero.

Physician was highly recommended by multiple people and physicians. However first phone call from me to his office will and was last. Receptionist rude, instantantly categorized as drug seeker, liar, not Professional- sad for his practice- will never recommend or attempt to schedule appt.

i seen Dr. Silbert for lower chronic back for several years ,we tried a couple of procedures an found a one that truly worked an relieved my pain, i done what i THOUGHT was the right thing to do !!!but was sadly mistaken ..i called an told him i was way better an didn't see the need to keep seeing him taking the spot of someone who is in the shape i was in the beginning, well a couple years later had a accident an brought the pain back,,, well called his office an was told "we can not see you anymore you were discharged" wow what feeling !!! i did the right thing an got punished smh!!!! but really have to say other than that issue ,,, he is an EXCELLENT Dr. just do not ever stop seeing him ,,,,
