I began seeing Dr Smith approx 34 yrs ago. I had a lifetime of frequent URI and sinus infections. Chronic hoarseness, fatigue and sore throats during the winter months in addition to year round allergies. My quality of life was greatly affected. Referred by my family practice Dr., I had no idea a long litany of allergies were the culprit ! Dr Smith spent so much time with me; educating and treating me. He has helped me so much. Dr.Smith isn't a Dr. who just comes in and spends a few minutes with you, he reads your file and askes questions if the patient isn't stating clearly what's wrong and takes the time to answer quest ions that the patient has. His office also follows up on the clients when necessary. The answering service relates to the Dr. in a timely manner about calls made to the office when they are not in. Dr. Smith's bedside manner is that of a very caring person. I've been with him for over 19 years, and have nothing but complete trust in his opinions and the way he treats my asthma.
