Omg this office is all around a family friendly office. The ladies up front was very sweet. I was in so much pain and was told to just come in and they will take care of me immediately. I called around and no one had any openings for this week better yet this month. Very fun office. Will be there every 6months for sure

Very unprofessional staff, outdated ,rude !!! I will it recommend

My experience at this dentist office wasn't at all what I expected. I will say that the ladies at the front desk are very polite and friendly. Dr. Robert Spears Jr. & his assistant were rude and unprofessional. I had a tooth extraction, two of them done on the same day. They didn't bother going over the procedure before hand. They just started injected numbing medication in my mouth and then when it came time to extract the two teeth, he was rough and it felt intentional, he cut my bottom lip all up. I cried during the procedure and tried to express to him that I was in pain and he did not care, nor did his assistant. This went on the entire time!! They were more concerned with talking about what they did over the memorial weekend. After the procedure he didn't bother prescribing anything at all. He told me to take motrin. Later that evening my lip was cut up in the inside and bruised on the outside. I was sent home with no tools to clean out the extraction site, no medication. Just… some cut up gums and a bruised lip. I took the time afterwards to look up if he's had any complaints before. Turns out he has had several complaints and has also been fined on more than one occasion. One in particular for not sterilizing his equipment. Don't go to this place. I should have did my research before hand. But don't just take my word for it, go and do your research.
