Dr. Robert N Spiegel

Said they took my insurance but after he numbed my mouth they said they didn't take my insurance. We agreed on $100.00 payment for him to pull the tooth. But I am disabled so I explained I couldn't pay all that day but would make payments. We agreeded on that. The next week I paid Spiegal in full and contacted my Health Care Insurance company so they could reimbursement me. My Insurance said Spiegal takes my insurance and had to send in the proper forum and they would pay him and he is to reimbursement me. The insurance company contacted Spiegal as well as myself. He said he would mail me my $100.00 back when the Insurance company paid him. Another agreement. Insurance company paid Spiegal but I had to call to remind him of our agreement. When he mailed me a check it is only for $71.00 . When I called him about this I had to leave a message asking him to call me. Spiegal called me told me screaming and hollowing in the phone that he pulled my tooth and all that I was getting back… was $71.00 he was sick and tried of me and he couldn't believe I was calling him about $29.00 that he refused to pay me . When I tried to explain that he had been paid by my insurance company he just kept yelling and screaming at me about his services. I had to hang up. Couldn't and won't take his rude disrespectful ways. I do remember when in his office him talking loudly about someone he did teeth work on and they hadn't paid him and he was calling about his money and would also be sending a bill to. Well Spiegal I'm not that person. I should have saw your rude , unprofessional ways then. So be aware. I will never recommend this so called Dentist to anyone. Beside when he pulled my tooth he chipped the one beside it . Now if I eat anything hard my tooth chips more.
