I have gone to Dr. Stepp for years and he is great. Very understanding and listens. I am very happy with him.

Dr. Stepp honestly gained my trust from the very first visit. He was thorough, kind, listened attentively. However, I soon learned what appears to be a pattern with Dr. Stepp -- he's great until he needs to handle details and follow-ups. When someone gains your trust and says, "We will get to the bottom of this," you believe them. Until, it's clear that it simply isn't true. Deadines for promised phone calls come and go, details that will come, "by the end of the day," don't come at all. I also believe doctors should not hire spouses to work the office. It makes any kind of intervention with office staff very touchy -- and Dr. Stepp's office needs intervention.

I have been seeing Dr. Stepp for 14 years and would highly recommend him to anyone. He is courteous, patient, direct and professional. I will not see another doctor until he retires and can point me in the direction of someone as good as him.

Dr. Stepp is kind, caring, spends a good amount of time with me and always takes care of all my needs. The staff situation has been remedied and the nurse and front desk staff are excellent! I hope they stay with him as I'm very happy with his as my Dr. and it's nice to have caring staff.

Dr Stepp, his nurse, and his staff are amazing! This is the Dr office you refer to your family, and I have. They treat you like you are the only patient they have! I am so grateful for finding this group! I can not say enough good things! Wonderful people, very knowledgable, approachable and consistent! All great qualities you look for in a team!

Dr Stepp is an OK doctor but he lets his wife Linda play doctor and make medical decisions especially on refills and is extremely condescending and accuses you of illegal activities with it. She will tell you if "she" will fill something or not even when a refill is due. She even changes her mind on medication during the same conversation. I don't think that should be her almighty decision. I heard her say that she is appalled when patients don't bring her Christmas gifts and look for ways to "fire" them if they don't. If she doesn't like you or question her "authority" she will fire you ASAP. She should be reported to Deaconess and OMA. Anita and Candy were nice though.

Dr. Stepp, please fire the "nurse" or medical assistant or whatever she is...Anita. She is not a bright woman and is pretty useless when it comes to relaying important information to you. I'd go as far as saying she is a liability to your practice.

Dr. Stepp spends plenty of time with the patient. He talks through symptoms, as well as concerns. He gives value to what I tell him about what is going on with me. He respects me and treats me as an intelligent person. I appreciate his concern and the time he spends. He is a wonderful person as well as being a wonderful doctor! I do not like to deal with his staff, though. They are often rude, disorganized and unprofessional.

Dr. Stepp is such a caring doctor. I've seen several doctors in the USA since moving here from Canada back in 2004. For some reason I always felt rushed and that I was not that important. This is NOT the case with Dr. Stepp. He is the most through, kind and professional doctor I've seen over the past 8 years.Now my whole family see's him and are so glad that we found him and his wonderful staff.
