Dr. Robert Tasker, MD, MBBS

Dr. Robert C. Tasker is a senior physician in the Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital and a professor of anaesthesia at Harvard Medical School who specializes in pediatric critical care medicine, neurocritical care, traumatic brain injury, and neurologic emergencies in critically ill children. He serves as Founding Chair of the Neurocritical Care Program at Boston Children’s Hospital and is internationally recognized for his leadership in pediatric intensive care and neurologic critical care. Dr. Tasker earned his medical degree from the Royal London Hospital Medical College in the United Kingdom and completed advanced training in pediatric intensive care and neurocritical care at institutions including Johns Hopkins Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.
