In 2012 I was I was in Terrells office for minor maintenance and I was jerked so violently that it bulges my bottom disc out fact damage foraminal encroathment on L5 s1 nerve plus my right rotator cuff was torn basically I left the office with lower lumbar trauma similar to what a car accident would cause now 6 years later shoulder surgery and doing all I can to keep from having back surgery pain meds and epidural injections I have 4 older siblings and parents all older than me and they all have good backs its in our family genes but in Terrells office my back health was taken from me nowvdisc dessication has processed due to the trauma in 2012 at Terrells office I can't believe this happened to me but it did and there is nothing I can do medical malpractice is a joke my advice if anybody reads this do not go to Terrells chiropractic office he covered all this up plus lied about Ut
