I have 24 years of experience working with clients of all severity levels treating these conditions as well as other mental health diagnoses. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Gestalt methods are the evidence-based modalities that inform my primary approach. I greatly enjoy the collaborative process of working with clients.
