Dr. Robert Tobar, MD

Years ago, when I was told I needed to see a cardiologist, I was concerned. I need not have been. Doctor Tobar has asked all the right questions, has run the right tests and has provided me with the kind of treatment we used to see on television shows in the 1950s. He knows his stuff. And the staff in his office makes sure that I am treated on time and with kid gloves. Well, latex gloves, but with friendly professional care. If I call with a question, I get the answer right away or by return call. Meds are reviewed to make sure I am responding as expected. Doctor Tobar and his staff work with my other care-providers as parts of a team. You can trust him, too.

I have been Dr Tobar's patient for over 12 years. He is a kind and patient man who takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and answers all of my questions. I trust Dr Tobar and recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr. Tobar is a "The Glass is 1/2 empty Doctor". Has you do multiple test not explaining why the test, and then when the test is completed does a bad job of detailing how the test turned out other than "OK" Has a gloom and doom attitude and I left each appointment depressed. I finally gave up and went to another cardiologist.

I have never been treated as poorly by a doctor's staff than at Dr. Tobar's office. I will seek treatment from another Doctor.

This doctor seems too busy to care adequately for all his patients.

Dr,tobar he is very kind persand on and I have been his patient for 8 years and I can say the staff are very nice pleasent.

Staff is always pleasant, courteous and helpful. Doctor is easy to talk to, He doesn't dismiss my concerns and questions as foolish, but takes them seriously and helps to aleviates my fears.

Dr.Tobar has been my cardiologist for at least ten years. He is the best..........compassionate,kind,and knowledgable. I don't know what I would do without him and his fabulous staff!

I have been seeing Dr. Tobar for over 8 years. He is always interested in everything I have to say and is always willing to take whatever time is necessary to answer any questions I may have. He does not overbook his appointments and therefore there is no extended waiting for him to see me. In a couple of instances, he had an emergency at the hospital and his staff notified and rescheduled me before I had left home. His staff is always friendly and capable and always appear to be happy to see me.
