I had the unfortunate experience of having this doctor perform surgery on my foot and wrist. The scarring that resulted was far worse then he had indicated and I feel that the procedure that he performed was the worse solution for me, as the patient, but it served his needs best as he used it as "training" for one of his fellow physicians. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone! And he is extremely arrogant.

This is a doctor who gets consistently low ratings on the various consumer rating sites. Watch out for this one. He is apparently sly enough to have slipped through the professional assessment cracks - or consumers don't realize that they can make formal complaints to the State of CT. Dept of Health physician licensing board. My own experience with him was awful - he clearly came to a conclusion prior to examining me, did not allow me to answer his questions, and refused to answer my questions - yes, refused - he suggested that I do an internet search! He was rough with me during the examination, causing me undue pain during the exam and lasting several days afterward. When I asked if he could be more gentle, he said, "no". His tone of voice when speaking to me was sarcastic, and his overall demeanor was hostile. The man has issues - don't let him touch you or anyone you love.
