Agree with others in regards to staff

It has been almost two weeks of leaving messages, asking for a call back, being told by the office manager that I am negative because I am upset.and that she CAN NOT make the doctor call me....Still NO CALL BACK!

The office manager named Heather is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. She does not represent this office well at all. I am not one who likes to talk negative about others, but Heather definitely earned this poor review. Horrible staff that does not care about patients needs. Very sad.

I would give zero stars if I could. So sad that Dr. Tufano's staff is one that is rude and really show that they do not care less about their patients. Run, do not walk away from this practice.

I was a patient of this office for many years. The staff in this office is extremely rude. They have no problem treating you with disrespect. The office manager actually hung up on my husband after our frustration of calling to speak to Dr. Tufano for one week. This doctor could not take five minutes to call me back. Along with this review I will also be notifying the NYS Department of Health. I pray I do not have some thing seriously wrong. Iv'e been waiting for the correct script to get an MRI and Dr. Tufano does not seem to care.

He is a wonderful Caring Doctor!!! Who Really care about your Health.

Dr. Tufano took the time to actually listen to me and made me feel at ease with the issues I was having. He is a rare find these days. I am very happy that I found him. I am awaiting a follow-up visit with his office and my issue has not been easy to diagnose - so I can't really say we have an affirmative answer as to what the underlying issue is with respect to the pain I'm having. I have only seen Dr. Tufano once so far but I am much more happy with having seen him - he really does care about his patients. It's very evident.

My family has used these doctors for more than 19th years. They are excellent doctors and they care about people. They listen, they care. In a time where the medical profession has become more about business than about helping people, these doctors get it. They help you. We are very thankful to them enough for the wonderful care they provide for all of us. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Tufano is a wonderful doctor. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired.
