Dr. Robert Richard Vannozzi, MD

I went to Dr. Vannozzi for a cardiac work-up about 1-1/2 yrs. ago. He never performed a stress test of any form, I had an EKG and wore a heart monitor overnight.After several office visits, I was told "Your heart is in better shape than mine." How do I now know that I didn't receive proper medical care? I just went to a different Cardiologist and was told that I previously had a heart attack and the left side of my heart was not functioning properly as a result. I have suffered the symptoms for which I initially visited this doctor for the past 1-1/2 yrs. The 2nd cardiologist performed an echocardiogram and a stress test that was not performed by Dr. Vannozzi. I could have died as a result of his inadequate care as I continued to work subsequent to his lack of diagnosis. Additionally, he has no compassion or "bedside-manner." His demeanor is arrogant, condescending and self-important. I would not recommend anyone seeing this doctor.

He is brutally honest and a straight shooter and is very helpful in finding you the proper managment as needed. No wants wants to be told they need to lose weight or will die by advoiding BP meds however it is up to us and he will tell us and we have to except our fate or change. I think he is very pro active and a very good doctor.
