Dr. Robert Todd Vraney, MD

This man doesn't deserve a 1star rating. They should offer a minus rating. I wouldn't call him a doctor. It's a insult to other doctors. My pcp sent me to him for a broken thumb. When he finally came in. He couldn't have been more rude. Unfortunately I see many doctors for multiple conditions. And I have some wonderful ones. This is the worst treatment I have ever received. I wasn't even allowed to finish a sentence, before he told me that there was nothing wrong with me. When I started to tell him that I was having pain in both my hands and held up the one that wasn't broken, that was it, he was done. Had he given be the 30 seconds to finish what I was trying to say. Maybe he could have realized that I had more than a broken thumb. I guess listening was beneath him. I'm thankful he let me see his true self so guickly I'm grateful not to have been treated by this man. Someone who can't listen, I don't feel would have the ability to do much else in the medical field.

I had a herniated disc at L4-L5. After a few visits to my family Dr I called Orthopedic Associates and got in the next day. Went to Dr Vraney and he ordered an MRI. Results were herniated disc L4-L5 with surgery to fix it and it was a huge success! I highly recommend Dr Vrany. He listened to me & I listened to him. You get to the point and he gets to the point. Gave me my life back. 5 stars for Doc and all the staff!

First time seeing Dr Vraney, I always want a Dr. to be honest and open with me ,But on a first visit when one is just arrogant and rude . I was in pain and needed advice not a lecture that made no sense to me .

Extremely fast service and care

I would recommend Dr Vraney to anybody, I had my L4-5 leaked out pinching my nerve off i was miserable and he did an operation and he gave me life back thank you

Fast and efficient

Dr Varney did back surgery on me in 2015 he sent me a copy of exactly what he would do , then did an entirely different type of surgery let me lay in hospital did not order pain medication for me and I was left wondering what was going on he didn’t come back and when I went in for my check up he wouldn’t even see me he had his nurse see me I’ve never seen him again , I wouldn’t recommend him at all. I hope this keeps anyone else from going thru what I did.

I’ve been dealing with an aching back, numbness, etc for many years...at first Dr. Vraney treated me conservatively with therapy, injections, meds...eventually I needed a decompression and fusion at L4-5. Throughout the process, Dr. Vraney explained everything to me! My outcome has been a blessing, I will tell all I know that he is a terrific spine surgeon.

Dr. Vraney is a great surgeon! Very knowledgeable and to the point. I’m currently 12 months out and I’ve never felt better! I had a lateral surgery (XLIF) to alleviate my back pain and leg pain. I’m baffled by the negative comments I read...all I can think is that folks still have pain and so they’re upset. Or they have very thin skin and anything will set them off. I would highly recommend Dr. Vraney!

Gave me great advice even though my problem did not have a surgical fix. If I needed surgery, I would definitely go with Dr. Vraney
