Agree with review on horrid bedside manner.  I have NEVER had a medical professional speak to me like he did. Ridiculously condescending-in fact I couldn't believe I was in an actual Dr.'s office. He informed me: 'we know more about you than you realize. Oh yeah, we know all about you. More than you know...' Experience was horrible, just horrible. I went home and cried. I would never go back to this man nor this practice. I asked for details on procedures & he refused to share any info as I'd seen a different Dr. in the practice (once) some 4 years prior- and he said - you'll have to go back to prior Dr. and see what he thinks. When pressed for details on injections he just said 'we'll put in a little bit here and a bit there'- whatever the other Dr. you saw thinks. So I paid a consult for him to say nothing, be horribly condescending throughout the visit, send me back to another equally bad Dr. who I would obviously have gone back to if I'd liked initially.

This man in rude, condescending, and not a nice person. He treats individuals condescendingly and has an AWFUL bedside manner. If you need help, go somewhere else and not to this practice. Tl was inquiring about prolotherapy and he got very condescending and said 'we know all about you, yes indeed, we know more about you than you know'. And he kept telling me to go back to another awful doctor l had seen some 4 years prior (once) in the practice. I was laying there in obvious pain, and wanted to hear about prolotherapy, and he wouldn't tell me a thing, and just said 'yeah we put it in, a little here, a little there..' Where exactly l asked? He wouldn't say, and said you'll have to go back and see the other doctor. Great! So see an awful doctor from 4 years ago i'd seen once for something else, then pay him $200 got him to be condescending and tell me in the first 5 minutes to go back and see another doctor for the exact same procedure. It was horrible. I have never had such… a terrible medical visit. Find yourself a doctor who does regenerative treatments who is good at what he does, and is kind. This is not this doctor. And l have no interest in speaking about my experience with NPSC staff about my visit, not this doctor as I'm never going back to that place. Ever.

The entire experience was excellent -- from the person making the appointment to the people who cared for me during my appointment. Connie, Dr. Wagner's assistant, was especially helpful. She provided needed distraction so that I did not focus on a procedure that was potentially painful.

Dr. Wagner, Maggie and staff are fantastic. Very caring and understand of the pain I was experiencing. Thank you.

I appreciated Dr Wagner answering all my questions and explaining the procedures.

Dr. Wagner treated me for a knee problem in the past. This time it is a back problem. He diagnosed my problem quickly and then provided me a solution. As usual I trust him and his staff implicitly.

I came to the office for my second round of Prolotherapy and the doctor determined it was not a good time to do it. I appreciate his thorough explanation and agreed with him. Connie is an incredible technician - smart, empathetic and kind.

Dr. Wagner and assistant have provided nothing but excellent care for me over the past years. They are always extremely attentive and provide instructions to help me in dealing with back issues. Since moving to the new facility it's even more enjoyable with the office cleanliness, brightness and spaciousness that's an added bonus. I highly recommend this practice for all.

Excellent overall experience and patient satisfaction.
