Dr. Rob Wallace

This is one pediatrician that truly listens to your needs (child needs), he will even seek out second opinion if he feels he is not 100% sure.

We just moved to Cincinnati from Boston. A neighbor referred us to Dr. Schneider. First of all, it's impossible to schedule with her. Every time I call the office they tell me that she is on vacation. The front desk staff always look grouchy which is not acceptable in my book. Dr. Wallace made us wait 28 minutes in the exam room (and it wasn't the first time he made us wait). My kids were climbing the walls!!! I told Dr. Wallace that my son got hives after a bee sting a week ago. He totally ignored my concerns about a potential future allergic reaction and that was the final straw! After waiting in LINE to get "one sticker per child" from the front desk, we walked out of that office and will NOT return.

We started with this practice almost 18 years ago with our first son. As our boys got older they wanted to see male docs only and we had trouble getting appointments with Dr. Heyman, their original doc (he's very good which means he was often booked up). We were given an appointment with Dr. Wallace, were very impressed with his caring and his expertise, and have used him for the last 3 years. This guy listens and asks many questions and is a great diagnostician. My younger sister has used him for her 4 year old since he was born and has also been impressed with his baby/toddler skills.

Dr. Wallace has been my son's doctor for the last 7 or 8 years. Before we saw Dr. Wallace we saw whoever was available at Suburban Pediatrics. Dr. Wallace has a great rapport with my son and their relationship has continued to grow even as my son has grown. Caleb feels like he can talk to Dr. Wallace about anything which is wonderful in a pediatrician.
