Dr. Robert William Walters, MD

Have been extremely pleased with this physician's care for my skin needs and that of my mother in law. The office is on time, is thorough in its review and options for treatment. The staff is friendly and courteous. I feel that the physician is very skilled and explains things very well. Have been a patient for several years and have only the highest praise for the physician and the staff.

Dr Walters was not especially pleasant or polite. He took the least amount of time possible to examine me. I asked him several questions which he half answered. He seemed not too interested in my concerns and did not seem to want to see me again. Will not return.

On time appointments, willing to talk, skin cancer diagnosis and removal in two weeks, minimal scarring. People who have known me for twenty years don't notice the scar unless I point it out and it's on my face.

You never feel like you are just a number with Dr. Walters and his staff. From the front desk receptionists to the techs, they all make you feel at home and help to alleviate any fears that you might have. Dr. Walters is a great listener and you never feel like he is rushed to see the next patient. He explains your condition, the course of treatment and what to expect. During outpatient surgery he explains what he is doing and making sure that you are comfortable and not experiencing any pain during the procedure. Dr. Walters is easy to talk to and really cares about his patients. I highly recommend this practice! By the way, after checking in with the front desk, I never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room before being taken to the examination room. They are very well organized.

I usually get my appoint and I'm always given a 24hr phone call the day prior without failure. Dr. Walters treatments have worked solid for the last 3 years and now I need to renew my medications after his assessment of my dermatological matters. Looking forward to another visit asap and hope to receive good news

I already told three friends that if they need to see a dermatologist, they need to go to Dr. Walters. The office staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Walters is so nice and efficient. He's talking to you and looking and checking and making sure you're okay and next thing you know it, the nurse is putting a band aid on you and you're done. Honestly, the best doctor visit, I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Waters and staff associates

I saw Dr. Walters and he was really nice and caring. Answered all my questions. I did have to wait 6 months to get an appointment but it was worth it.

I came to see Dr. Walters after having a very bad experience with another Deratologist In Albuquerque. Dr Walters was excellent. It was a totally different experience. Dr. walters obviously cares about his patients. He made a good diagnosis and provided the care I needed.
