Dr. Robert Baird Walton, MD

I would recommend Dr. Walton to all of my family members. He spent a lot of time with my mother and had great bed side manners. Everyone at WRMC were attentive to my mother and had great bedside manners.

Dr.Walton is sorry as the day is long. He lacks bedside manner,and above all he is just down right rude. He doesn't listen to the family members when they try to tell him something is wrong about another family member. I'll never recommend him to anyone!

Walton is like a car mechanic that does not know what is wrong with the car and starts replacing parts to see if it will fix the problem. His bedside manner is nearly nonexistant. He appears to lack the skills necessary to treat pulmanary patients, yet he won't refer to a specialist. To tell a patient that if they don't start getting out of the hospital bed and begin moving that the individual will end up in a nursing home if they don't, and then not ordering the necessary therapy on a timely basis is does not the way to get a very good rating.
