Dr. Robert Wasnick, MD

Robert Wasnick treated my son for a severe case of Hypospadias defect from child birth until he was about 17 years old. I had asked him if he could refer me to another doctor and he told me there's no one to treat my son with such a severe condition. He performed many unnecessary surgeries and caused my son much pain and suffer for almost 21 years. It seemed liked when you have very good insurance he'll see you at anytime. My son had a flare up when he got older and at the time had no insurance. No one was looking for a free ride, well he wouldn't even see my son because he had no insurance. As a result my son had to go back to school with a catheter tube in him so he go on my insurance. We ended being recommended to a doctor in Port Jefferson b a friend. The doctor I was recommended to go see was no longer living in NY. I was then recommended then to go NorthShore LIJ in New Hyde Park. I went there and was recommended to see a doctor at NY Presbyterian. The doctor was heaven sent.… He corrected all the mistakes performed by Robert Wasnick and my son to this day has not ever had a problem. Had know at the time of the recommendation and after a family member saw Robert Wasnick I would've never taken my son to see him. Dr. Wasnick was my daughters surgeon. He has the best bedside manners and made me feel comfortable. My daughter was 2 months old when he did her upj obstruction surgery. He was the best. His hands have really performed miracles. Thank you Dr. Wasnick!

Dr. Woznak has a fantastic bedside manner and amazing surgeon. And I must say it would be a mistake to go anyplace else

Dr. Robert wasnick is THE best urologist by far. He cares about his patients and even when his procedures are done he still continues to follow up and keep tabs on his patients. He sits and talks to you and explains things to you in a way you can understand and if he doesnt know the answer to a question he will make sure he finds out.
