Dr. Robert D Weber, MD

My wife had an appointment with Dr. Robert Weber, he prescribed a medication, it help some of the symptom's. When the symptoms returned, my wife called back, she spoke to Dr. Weber's nurse, who told my wife, she will hear from them by the end of the day, sadly No call!!. This went on for 5 days, my wife gave up in hearing back from Dr. Weber. Over a week later, I finally encouraged my wife to call Dr. Weber again. My wife spoke to Dr. Weber's nurse, who told my wife, she thought the Dr. Weber was going to call her. The nurse informed my wife, Dr. Weber was referring her back to her PCP. Sadly my wife's life doesn't have the luxury of waiting days and weeks for call back.

He was helpful and helped me get well.I spent my time getting I formation and instructions. I would tell how great he was.

I have written the first review for this doctor. Tammy called my husband back and their office has decided to write off the $50.00 for the no show. They have agreed since there are no problems with my husbands drug therapy and that no follow up is needed unless there are problems, my husband will call if he needs help. This is satisfactory treatment, both my husband and I are satisfied. We are very grateful and thankful. Blessings to Dr. Weber and his staff and patients.Thank you for having this avenue of communication for current and future customers of this doctor. This office has poor customer service with regards to returning phone calls. I left a message with the front office to have Dr. Weber return my call and it wasn't until the 3rd time I called that he returned my call. His demeaner was reluctant in returning the phone call because my husband is not interesting enough for him or it was because I had questions regarding the medication dispensed to my husband. Never the less, you could tell he didn't want to be making the phone call. My husband is going through some very expensive drug therapy through another doctor and in order to go through this therapy he had to be seen and treated by Dr. Weber. I have made several calls to the business office asking to speak with the manager but I was given a lady by the name of Tammy who has yet to return my phone call, I have called her each time I have spoken with her but she does promise she would call me back. DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH. There is a dispute over a missed appointment, this office charges… $50.00 for a missed appointments. We showed up for the next appointment and waited an hour, then walked out without seeing the doctor then we received a bill in the mail a week later. We have been told that our time is not important and that they are doing us a favor by not charging us for a no show on the second appointment because the doctor was ready to see us right after we walked out. Did the doctor or anyone from the office try to stop us, NO, they acted like we were not important at all and let us leave after we told them why we were leaving. Apparently this doctor doesn't make enough money so he needs to charge a middle class citizen who probably makes 10 times less than he does money for poor customer service. Also keep in mind this doctor also does not call with lab results if they are negative, my husband has to have monthly lab tests to make sure his liver is not being injured by the intensive drug therapy. My husband hears what these tests are from his primary specialist before he hears anything from Dr. Weber. To me this is just wrong, OUR TIME IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS DR WEBER'S TIME, WE PUT OUR PANTS ON ONE LEG AT A TIME JUST LIKE HE DOES AND I AM DISCUSTED WITH THIS HOLLIER THAN THOUGH ATTITUDE FROM HIS STAFF AND HIM. MY HUSBAND CALLED ALL THE DOCTORS HE SEES TO SEE WHO HE HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH AND NO ONE HAD HIM SCHEDULED BUT HE FORGOT TO CALL THIS ONE SO NOW THEY WANT TO STICK US WITH A BILL. MIND YOU HE HAS ONLY SEEN THIS DOCTOR WEBER FOR 10 TO 15 MINS FOR THE FIRST VISIT TO THE TUNE OF $350.00 AND WE HAD TO PAY ALMOST $50.00 AFTER INSURANCE. HE ALSO HAD TO WAIT QUITE A LONG TIME BEFORE SEEING THE DOCTOR THE FIRST TIME. THIS ALSO TELLS ME SINCE HE IS THE ONLY SPECIALIST IN THIS TOWN OF THIS NATURE THAT HE CAN TREAT HIS PATIENTS THIS WAY.
