Dr. Werner brings extensive training and clinical experience …to his work. He earned his MD from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, completed a General Psychiatry residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, and pursued an Addiction Psychiatry fellowship at Yale School of Medicine. He then served as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Yale and practiced as a Veterans Affairs psychiatrist for four years. Since 2023, Dr. Werner has provided outpatient telehealth services, combining his expertise with modern, accessible care.
