As a new patient new to the area, this office continually cancelled our new patient appointments. My wife eventually got in, but my appointment has been canceled 4 times thus far and I was forced to request a new Tricare PCM at a different office. I have a known condition that needs to be treated but this guy keeps kicking me down the road. Once I am set up at the new office, I will be transitioning my wife to the new office as well. Don't try making an appointment, you will be disappointed.

Been seeing Dr Wessman for 9 years now and he knows me and all my health problems He is the best His staff from receptionist's to his nurses are great

Can not get through this office in less than 2.5hrs. I have been forgotten in the office multiple times and cannot reveal more serious problems because I do not trust him.

He and his staff are the BEST in Carthage. I highly recommend this office.

Very hard to get in for an appointment. Rescheduled my appointment several times. Called and cancelled my appointment the day of just a couple hours before my time. Not once but twice this has happened.Not giving me much time to rearrange my plans .

Very poor attitudes. Staff need to learn to be courteous to others. Very rude and not willing to help.
