I just googled Dr. West to send his contact information to a close friend of mine who is looking for a new dentist. I would recommend Dr. West to absolutely everyone. I was shocked to see such negative comments someone has made on this page. I am so upset by this. My family and I have been going to Dr. West for years and never have had a negative experience. I specifically chose to refer him to a friend due to his trustworthiness. I have visited their office since I was a teenager and I have absolutely never has a problem. I highly, highly recommend them!

Been going to Dr. West for years. Excellent Dentist and excellent staff. Clearly, someone with an axe to grind is filling out all these bad reviews on him. My entire family and circle of friends uses him and we have zero complaints.

I am a head & neck cancer patient who had high doses of radiation. Dr. Vey Voda literally saved me from a life of misery! She knew exactly how to treat the damaging effects of radiation. She has become my angel of mercy. I went to many dentists who would try to help BUT did not understand the issues surrounding radiation. Dr. Vey Voda is kind and compassionate BUT was completely honest about the difficult dental road which laid ahead for me. I consider myself a fortunate man to have found her. Her staff are excellent! It is no secret in medical insurance the devil is in the details. Dr. V's staff have been the best possible support staff I have ever seen in a medical practice. My insurance issues have been difficult BUT they have navigated the situation in an expert fashion. They are helpful, cheerful and have always greeted me with a smile. My appointments are always on time and I have never had to wait. A very rare occurrence in the dental medical world.

I think the negative posts are from a competitor or someone hired to write that stuff. How anyone could write anything but a glowing review of Drs West and VeyVoda is beyond me and all of my family and friends. We have been going to this office for 20 years and Dr. West and Dr. VeyVoda are amazingly caring dentists. They are trained at the top institutions,NYU and Sloan Kettering. My family and I feel like we are family. Drs West and Veyvoda treat everyone, my children and my parents. Their staff are the nicest people. I never feel rushed and they make an anxious appointment fun and relaxing. I highly recommend this office. 5 stars.
