Love Dr Whipple. We left for 2 years as the Affordable Health Care plan, took us to in-house doctors only. Now that my Affordable Health Care plan has climbed to more than $1400 a month, I am now uninsured and I'm heading back to Whipple, who never said to me - I don't feel you know what is best for you, as the Affordable Health Care doctor did. Sorry, no longer playing that game! Whipple listens!

Dr Whipple is very good. He spends the needed time with me. Wait time on the phone is long to get an appointment.

The doctor himself is great. He explains things and is nice. However, the waiting time to see him is about a 2 hour wait, as he is always backed up. His medical assistant, Bianca has not returned my call after leaving two messages. She also has no personality..

I had an appointment at noon and I didn't see the doctor until 2 pm. When I told the receptionis after an hour of waiting that I had an appointment at noon she told me Whipple was running late. Thanks for letting me know. Still had not seen the doctor for another hour after that. Then I had to wait another 30 min in the room. Greg doctor but I don't want to spend my whole day to see a doctor for a routine visit.

After my initial appointment, I waited over 4 weeks to get my results back after Dr. Whipple committed to telephoning me with them. Plus, I went back into their office for an ultrasound, and he never came and saw me... not even to give me my results from 4 weeks ago! I had to initiate contact. When I did, one of the office assistants finally called and gave me the results which then was still very broad and general. Still waiting on the details... so I just requested my medical records and I will read through them myself. Thank goodness for PPO's because I can switch doctors!
