Dr. Robert Carl Wilson

Dr. Robert C. Wilson, D.D.S.
Since his childhood in Albion, Nebraska, Dr. Bob was always interested in the field of Medicine and was drawn to dentistry because of its combination of medical science and artistry.  After graduating from the University of Nebraska, he attended Creighton School of Pharmacy before obtaining his Doctorate from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry.  He is also a certified Hospital Dentist on the Medical Staff at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Brodstone Memorial Nuckolls County Hospital.
Believing a dentist’s education shouldn’t stop after he’s finished school, he continues to devote many hours to learning about the latest dental advances.  Dr. Bob has been a pioneer in introducing the newest technology for his patients in the State of Nebraska.  He was the first doctor in the state to use intra-oral cameras and videos, cosmetic imaging, surgical lasers, laser cavity detection, digital radiography, and the …interactive Casey Patient Education System. 
His leadership in professional groups is yet another way he stays up-to-date on the latest dental care.  His is past president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer of the Adams County Dental Society.  He is past president (two terms) for the Nebraska Southwest Dental District.  He has served as a trustee and delegate to the Nebraska Dental Association and as an alternate Delegate to the American Dental association.  He has also been involved with his alma mater as a faculty and volunteer faculty member and Dean’s Advisory Committee member.  Currently he is a Preceptor for the UNMC College of Dentistry.
Dr. Bob’s experience is second to none.  In addition to his Omaha practice, he maintains the Nelson Dental Clinic in Nelson, Nebraska.  He has lectured and trained people in laser technology and surgery techniques nationally and internationally.  He has recently attended the Prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and over the years has trained with some of the top Cosmetic Dentists in the world.  It is his honor to pass this knowledge and skill on to you when he sees you as a patient.
