After graduating from the University of Mississippi in 1973 with a BA in Chemistry and Philosophy, I attended the University of Louisville and earned my DMD in 1981. I started my career as a Staff Dentist at Mary Breckenridge Hospital in Kentucky. Two years later I became a full-time instructor at the University of Mississippi, School of Dentistry where I met my wife, Jennifer. Over the next seven years, my profession took me from Jackson, Miss. to Chattanooga, Tenn. and in 1991, I became Chief of Dental Services at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center. We loved the area so much that in 1996, I decided to start a private practice and two years later Jennifer joined me. We’ve been providing great dental care ever since!
