Dr. Robert Michael Young, MD

I wish I had him as my every day DR.

I've been a patient with Dr. Young for about 1 year now. I think he's very professional and always explains everything in detail. Unfortunately the same can't be said about his staff. There are 2 ladies that seem to have been working there for years now and think they own the place. Mrs. Liz and Mrs. Debra are not only very demeaning but also rather harsh when it comes to dealing with patients. After asking for my records that under the HIPAA law I have the right to access to, she, in a very mean way basically told me that those records belong to the doctor and that she could not facilitate them to me. She went as far as to suggest I take my business elsewhere and I think I might just take her suggestion. I've never been treated like this and I would like to warn others about the very bad staff Dr. Young seems to have. It's a shame since he is such a nice person.
