Dr. Zaiden is really wonderful and truly cares about his patients. His reception staff was not very friendly however except for one. I asked for about some emotional support from the hospital and was told they knew of nothing in that area. They said they didn't even know how to refer me to a social worker which shocked me. I had to pay to see a patient advocate which I did not have the money to do that with. I took care of my husband with no physical or emotional support. The infusion nurses were wonderful. Wheel chairs were almost non-existent and their were long waits to get one except with the infusion nurs who truly cared. But Dr. Zaiden was just wonderful to us.
