Dr. Robert K Zurawin, MD

HE KNEW WHAT MY ISSUES WAS AND HELPED ME, AFTER I SEEN SEVERAL OTHER DOCTORS.

My wife was operated upon by Dr Zurawin in 2012 because he said he had to take out the fibroid around the uterus, whether he did it or not, my wife is left with terrible scar tissues all over her abdomen and uterus, subsequent visit to other doctors showed that Dr Zurawin should have done a better job, consequently there is a serious adhesion of the other internal organs, which my wife has to go through series of corrective procedure. My wife & I still regret consulting Dr Zurawin up till today because of the surgery he performed on her.

Dr. Zurawin delivered my children back in 1989. I was pregnant with twins, and his forethought to use a machine that sensed contractions put me on bedrest for 10 weeks and probably saved their lives. I moved in 2009 and tried to find a GYN closer to home, but he wanted to do invasive procedures on me. I went back to Dr. Zurawin (a 2-1/2 hour drive one way for me and well worth it) and he took a "wait and see approach". The issues resolved themselves without painful and expensive procedures. He performed a laproscopic hysterectomyon me in 2008. I trust him more than any other doctor I have seen, and I highly recommend him. He was with Baylor for many years and participated in their teaching program. He has also travelled the world, training other gynecologists. Please note he has moved. His new address is 2050 N. Very professional; listens to his patients; treats his patients with respect. He has been my OB/GYN since 1986. I have referred him to family & friends. They refer him as well.

Anyone know where is Dr. Zurawin 's practice now? He is no longer working with TX Children group anymore. The old office does not have forwarding address for Dr. Zurawin. Please advise

I had been a patient of Dr. Z for may years. Today, I waited over an hour and a half for my appointment only to be told they still didn't have a room available for me and didn't know when they would get to me. They offered to validate my parking - as if that makes up for wasting my time! I left and will not return. This physician does not respect his patient's time.

Wonderful, competent, and friendly doctor who I'll continue to use myself, and recommend to others. His surgical skills are fantastic (fixed my problem with very minimal scaring & no complications) and he has a great bedside manner. I've always felt comfortable with him and will continue to trust him with all of my gyn needs.My only complaint is the valet for his building is rather pricey, however, self-parking is a less expensive option.
