Dr. Roberta Ann Bianco, DO

Called this practice as i was having high blood pressure ( on meds). Was told by the receptionist that no one was available. I ended up in the ER and needed a catherization and adjustment of medication. Horrible staff who is rude and uncaring. I quickly left the practice after this event.

Receptionist overcharged my copay and refused to refund my money. After several calls my insurance company called the office and I received a refund but less than the amount due. Stay away!

DR. BIANCO IS A CARING DOCTOR. SHE MAKE SURE THAT YOU TAKE THE STEPS TO KEEP YOURSELF HEALTHY AND TAKES CARE OF YOU WHEN YOUR NOT FEELING WELL. THE STAFF IS UNDERSTANDING AND VERY HELPFUL.

Dr Bianco has been my physician for 15+ yrs I am male but prefer a female GP because typically the time spent and care given is done on a more personal basis not rushing me out. I have waited on occasion but overall it is fine more times than not the wait is short. The care and attention is excellent She recently moved to a new office with some new staff really good. If u want a quick visit and some meds to get over a minor illness go to the walkin if you want someone that knows you and is invested in your total health over time then go see her

I have been going to Dr. BIANCO for about 6 years. She is on top of new ways to treat my conditions and vigantly watches the status of my conditions. I have remained stable the entire time i have been in her care. She is so sensitive to my feelings and LISTENS when I need to say something. A wonderful doctor without a god complex.

I’ve been with Dr Bianco for 14 years, have not always like the staff, but she is wonderful!

Went for my follow up appointment and am so disappointed. The Diana and penny team are not together. They worked so well together and now penny is no longer there. They have another woman there and shes not Penny. Want the old team back together

What a breath of fresh air coming to the office on Saturday, may 5th, 2018. I met the new office manager, Penny and she was so kind and sweet. If you want your spirits lifted you should you go meet her.

Dr. Bianco is by far a five star doctor, however, Penny, the new office manager does not seem to understand that she works for a kind and caring doctor. She is cold and rude and not interested in patient care, all business. She alone is the reason for my rating.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bianco for well over 17 years. I followed her from a previous office and will continue to stay with her as a patient.
