She's a miracle worker with incredible skills. I was saddened to hear that she was not currently practicing.

Dr. Gausas is great doctor! there's one lying, obviously insane, person, who lied about her medical history, posting here and on another site. You're called out, Elizabeth Kelly, you'll get sued for slander.

I had a wonderful experience when I went to see Dr. Gausas. Very professional and courteous.

I suffered a facial trauma while on vacation. The facial trauma included an "orbital blowout" (eye fractures) As a women, I was worried about scarring and disfigurement. Dr Gausas did the most amazing work on my eye. Unless you knew I had an accident, you would not know I had surgery. Thank you Dr Gausas for you incredible work and great bed side manner!

What an exquisite physician she is. I adore Dr. Gausas. She has been taking care of my eyes for years with generosity and grace. If you are seeking a true professional with limitless knowledge and skill, she is the doctor and surgeon for you. My dear friend's husband, who is a department chair in his own field, recommended her to me and his recommendation has been one of the finest I've ever received. My son has guided me to me this site as it unfortunate that one person continues to post nonsense. Disregard instability in these days and seek stability. Dr. Gausas is the finest there is.

I read the negative reviews on this site about Dr Gausas so I was apprehensive about her care. But those reviews are ALL by one person. The reviewer uses the same term in every review..... As soon as I met Dr Gausas, I knew I had made the right choice. Dr Gausas heads the Ophthalmology Dept for the University of Pennsylvania, that in itself is an incredible honor. Her bedside manner is textbook. She showers you with genuine caring, kindness and expertise. I only wish other doctors were as thorough, skilled and caring as Dr. Gausas. She is FIVE STAR !!!

I was referred to Dr. Gausas by my general ophthalmologist to treat a skin cancer on the lashline of my lower lid. Let me tell you, this is a scary thing because it starts like a freckle, and maybe, you think it's some kind of odd pimple brought about by the eye cream you use, I don't know, you have no idea. But the idea of a cancer on your eyelid, right in the middle of your face, and your mind goes off to wonder about scars and what is ths going to look like? But as soon as I met Roberta, I knew I could feel safe. She assured me had seen this before and operated on this before, and she gave me lots of information and comfort for what I was going through. My surgery turned out great! No surgery is easy for a person, especially when cancer is in the picture, but this went smoothly. I can say, I have no scarring now and I look like my normal self. It's a wonder and a gift!! I'm really relieved and happy. She's great. She's a gentle, delicate surgeon, and very smart knowledgeable doctor.… 4 stars.

Dr Gausas hears, but she doesn't listen,she acts like she cares, but its just that, an act. She acts sweet, but she's bitter. She did a horrible, upper bleph on my mother. She stitched the left eye closed, and had a student doctor stitch the right eye to a slit. Giving the student doctor a present to practice, and ruin my beautiful mother's eyes.

My eyes look GREAT! I don't know how she did it but I look refreshed and younger but still myself. She's really an arist. Love her!

Dr Gausas is one of the best, if not the best, doctor I have ever had. Her competency and caring attitude is beyond reproach. Sometimes there is a long wait but that is because she spends the time she needs to with each case and sometimes that means others have to wait; I'm okay with that! I had two 4+ hrs surgeries by her and was thrilled with the results. Her attention to detail and follow-up was great. Cindy is also a huge asset!
