I have never liked going to doctors before because they never listen and are to judgy. Sue actually isn't judgy and always listens to me. She tells me what I need to hear. She explains things to me that are easy to understand. Never makes me feel bad about myself just wants to help get me better. Her staff all make me feel like they care as well. They always answer questions and help me. I get to have my blood work done right in the office with a gal who doesn't hurt me. Its all a good experience

In my 16 years working in the healthcare field I have never seen a MD, DO, or NP takes the time that Sue does with patients. I have seen it from 2 different sides. Working where she was a voice on the other end of the phone trying to help her patients then having my husband be a patient. She advocates for her patients. She genuinely cares and worries about each one of them.

Billed me incorrectly, dismissed me as a patient when I asked them to correct it. Had to get billing fraud lawyers involved.
