Dr. Roberta Oriana Nataloni, MD

Dr Nataloni has always been there to answer all our questons and yes you will most likely see a np who are more than competent to care for your child. We have been going to Dr Nataloni for 13 years it was Dr Nataloni who diagnosed our daughters craniosynostosis at the early age of 2 months of age followed by major surgery at 6 months. Dr Natoloni is a compassionate dr who showed how much she cared for our daughter on that terrible day.

I brought both of my children here from the time they were born but 4 years later I had to leave the practice. It was impossible to get sick appointments and the staff became less friendly. My children were only able to see Dr. Nataloni herself at their well visits. For all other visits it was a NP or PA. I think she just got too big and can't handle the patient load and the quality suffered. It was very disappointing. I really liked her but the way the practice was run steered me away.

The reason why Dr. Nataloni's office is so busy is because she is simply the best. She is not a cookie cutter doctor and truly cares for and loves children. She is thorough, compassionate, and understanding. When I switched to her 6 years ago, yes, she wasn't as busy, because she had just re-opened her practice. Now everyone has caught on. She can't be in every room at all times. If you are truly unhappy with your experience there, why don't you approach her and her office manager instead of writing a scathing review?

I have been seeing Dr Nataloni for over 20 years with my four sons. After reading the two reviews, I had to write my own bc I don't think the other two reviewers are aware of the realities of the situation with medicine and why Dr Nataloni runs the practice the way she does. Of course it is difficult to see Dr Nataloni. That is because EVERYONE who comes to the practice wants to see her. It would be physically impossible for her to see all the patients that want to see her. And yes, you do often have to see PAs. Her practice could not stay open without them. And my experience always was that for a routine ear infection or cold, the PAs are completely qualified to take care of those issues. If the first reviewer felt that she needed to see an ENT, I have no doubt that she would have been directed to do so. Three of my four children had ear issues and I was always directed to see an ENT. Moreover, Dr Nataloni was always aware of what was going on and was always available if I had… questions or concerns. Dr Nataloni left the practice of medicine several years ago bc of the difficulties of practicing medicine with the new insurance plans. But bc she loved what she did so much, she came back to practice and did so AT A LOSS for several years. She is not a factory only looking for her co-pays. She is a very competent doctor who may not be the warm and fuzzy some people desire, but she is an EXCELLENT diagnostician who is trying to survive practicing her passion in this crazy world of insurance. In fact, I don't think Dr Nataloni necessarily HAS to do what she does to pay her bills; rather she does it for the love of helping children and their parents. I could go on but I think I made my point. I don't think you would be making a mistake seeing Dr Nataloni. In fact, quite the opposite.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Nataloni for 7 years and she is impossible to get appointments with and then you are forced to see the nurse practitioners there that are mediocre at best. Not very thorough and they shuffle you around from nurse practitioner to nurse practitioner and don't really care about your child's well being. They misdiagnosed my daughter several times and the other drs that work there are even worse than Nataloni. They do not like to answer your questions and rush you out the door. There is no follow through and all they seem to care about is collecting your co payment. My daughter had 10 ear infections her first year if life and I suggested we see an ENT several times and they said it wasn't necessary. Now she has a hearing loss. They should be ashamed. It's run like a deli in there! If we saw Dr. Nataloni 5 times in the course of 7 years that's a lot. You will see her the first visit & never again. Don't waste your time there. Your children belong in a loving… and caring practice that takes your questions seriously.

This is not a trustworthy office. Definitely give yourself peace of mind and check out other offices before settling on this one.
